AloYou is a neuroinclusive Human-AI Operating Partner that adapts to each person on your team and carries work forward.
Your team has had the meeting. Everyone knows what needs to happen. You should not have to become the reminder system that makes it happen. AloYou connects the context behind the work, anticipates useful next steps, and moves research, documents and follow-ups forward, with support adapted to each person.
This guide explains how AloYou works, where it fits into a business, and what it changes in a normal working week. Use the examples, demo and FAQs to assess it against the actual work a leader and their team need to get done.
See AloYou in action
The 59-second demo shows the leader and teammate views of AloYou: an individual names their operating partner, a leader receives a person-specific recommendation grounded in shared work context, and a teammate gets support that turns an intention into useful work. The story connects understanding the person, preparing the next step and keeping shared work moving, while personal conversations remain private.

Not another system for the leader to maintain
Context from where work happens
AloYou draws on connected email, calendars, meeting notes and work documents, so relevant decisions, relationships and commitments do not depend on someone retelling the story. You choose which sources to connect and which context belongs in shared work.
Preparation before another prompt
AloYou uses ongoing work context to spot a useful follow-up, bring back an open commitment or prepare material for what is coming next. You do not have to invent a fresh prompt for every next step.
Work that comes back with a next step
Research, a document, a personalised message or a decision brief becomes useful work to act on, not another conversation to reconstruct. AloYou carries authorised work forward and makes clear what is prepared, what needs your judgement and what has been confirmed complete.
Adaptation goes deeper than writing tone
The support fits the person
One teammate wants the detail before deciding. Another needs a short, ordered next-step list. Someone else talks an idea through before turning it into a document. AloYou adapts the structure, level of detail, communication and preparation to the person, without requiring a diagnosis or label.
Understanding carries forward
AloYou learns stated preferences, decisions and relevant patterns over time, including what helps someone approach work and follow through. That understanding informs the next piece of work instead of resetting at the start of every chat. People can correct and refine it.
An established foundation, brought to teams
AloYou's adaptive intelligence has been refined through more than ten months of real use by over 300 people. The team platform builds on that foundation, connecting individual support with shared context and execution.
What changes in a working week
After the meeting
An agreed next step does not have to disappear into the notes. AloYou connects the commitment to relevant context, prepares the follow-up or supporting document, and brings the work back with a clear next action.
Before the client follow-up
AloYou can use connected, approved relationship history to prepare a relevant follow-up rather than a generic message. Research, prior conversations and the teammate's voice inform the preparation; the person responsible decides what is ready to send.
When a leader needs the team to move
The leader gets useful visibility into shared priorities, open work and where a decision is needed. Recommendations about responsibilities and communication draw on approved shared work, while each person gets support that suits how they work. Less chasing does not require more surveillance.
Connected work, not continual manual imports
Meet the work where it already lives
AloYou can draw on Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Notion and Fathom meeting notes when connected. You choose the sources. Connecting a source for Personal does not approve it for Business, and reading context is not permission to send or change something in another tool.
A handover is a head start, not an ongoing job
You can optionally bring what an AI you already use knows about your work, or start talking immediately and let AloYou guide you. That one-time introduction is not the operating model. Connected sources provide ongoing work context; you do not need to keep exporting conversations to make AloYou useful.
You define the boundaries. AloYou works within them.
Proactive does not mean uncontrolled
You choose connected sources, what can be shared, and the actions you authorise. AloYou prepares work proactively within those boundaries and brings it back where review or a decision is required. Available connected actions follow the tools and permissions enabled for the account.
A clear path from preparation to outcome
A prepared draft, an approved action and a confirmed result are distinct states. AloYou keeps those distinctions clear so a leader can see what still needs attention. Work is described as sent or complete when there is confirmation, not simply because a draft exists.
A partner for each person, not access to each person's private life
Each teammate has private conversations and can name their own operating partner. Shared team work stays connected without opening personal history to colleagues or managers. Adaptation is support for doing the work, not an employee diagnosis or assessment.
Private by default. Shared by choice.
Personal conversations stay in Personal. Joining a Business workspace does not make your private history team material. You choose what to share, with whom and for which workspace. Business support should use approved shared work, not private conversations or inferred personal traits.
AloYou relies on service providers to run the service, and they may process information for that purpose. That is different from sharing it with your team. Read the Privacy Policy for the details of processing and model use.
Common questions
How is AloYou different from a chatbot or a task board?
A chatbot gives useful help in a conversation. A task board helps organise work. AloYou connects ongoing work context, adapts support to each person, and uses that understanding for proactive preparation and authorised execution. The point is less work for the leader to remember and coordinate, not another place to enter updates.
What does proactive support actually look like?
AloYou can bring back an open commitment, prepare a follow-up from relevant relationship history, or surface useful material for an upcoming meeting. It uses the context you have connected rather than requiring a new prompt for each useful next step. Review and action permissions remain under your control.
Do I have to keep importing conversations and updating project status?
No. An optional handover can give AloYou a head start. Connected email, calendars, meeting notes and documents provide ongoing context from the work itself. People still make decisions and supply information that is not in those sources, but continual manual importing is not a requirement.
How does AloYou adapt in practice?
Adaptation affects the amount of detail, the structure of a next-step plan, the preparation behind a decision, communication and how work is approached. It learns from stated preferences and relevant patterns, preserves useful understanding across conversations, and accepts corrections. It is not limited to changing a message's tone.
What is the adaptive intelligence built on?
The team platform builds on adaptive intelligence refined through more than ten months of real use by over 300 people. It brings that foundation into shared work and execution, using learned working preferences, relevant patterns and decision history to make the next piece of support more useful.
Do people need a diagnosis or a particular working style?
No. AloYou is neuroinclusive by design. People can receive different kinds of support without a diagnosis, a label, or a requirement to think and work in the same way.
How does this help a business leader?
It reduces the burden of reconstructing context, preparing every follow-up and remembering what needs to move next. Shared work gives the leader a clearer view of progress and where their judgement is needed, while individual support helps teammates contribute in ways that work for them.
Can a manager see private conversations or inferred personal traits?
No. Joining a team does not open anyone's Personal history. Leadership support uses approved shared work, not private conversations or unshared inferences about a person. The same boundary protects the leader's own private conversations.
How do I know whether work is prepared or actually completed?
AloYou distinguishes preparation, actions needing approval and confirmed outcomes. A draft is ready for review; an authorised connected action follows the permissions and tools enabled for the account. A sent or completed result requires confirmation.
What does AloYou connect to?
AloYou can draw on Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Notion and Fathom meeting notes when connected. You choose the sources. Connecting a source for Personal does not approve it for Business, and reading context is not permission to send or change something in another tool.
