It is built primarily for desktop business use, with browser access and an installable mobile web app using the same account. The buying audience includes business owners and leaders who repeatedly chase updates, explain the same context, prepare every follow-up and remember who needs what next. The value is support for execution and each person doing the work, not another system that depends on the leader entering every update. Individuals can also use their own operating partner. ## Three connected capabilities THREAD: Relevant decisions, relationships, source material and ongoing work carry forward. Users spend less time reconstructing what happened or explaining it again. People control what is shared. ADAPT: AloYou adjusts communication, level of detail, preparation and how it approaches work to the individual. One teammate might need a clear first step; another wants to talk through a problem; another needs detail before deciding. It learns from preferences and relevant patterns and accepts corrections. Adaptation does not require a diagnosis or imply employee assessment. EXECUTE: AloYou helps research opportunities, prepare documents, draft personalised follow-ups and coordinate next steps within defined boundaries. Proactive and anticipatory support means useful preparation need not start with a fresh prompt every time. Users decide what requires judgement and what actions AloYou is authorised to take. ## Practical illustration, not a customer case study A team needs to follow up with a prospect. Relevant connected meeting notes show that a teammate already spoke to that person. Shared email context adds the latest information. AloYou uses that context to help research the opportunity and prepare a follow-up in the teammate's voice. The work is presented for review; it is not described as sent merely because the draft exists. Availability of connected actions depends on account setup, permissions and supported integrations. Leader support uses approved shared work to help understand progress, who needs clarification and where a decision is needed. It must not inspect private conversations or infer a person's health, diagnosis or performance from unshared material. The 59-second public demo shows an illustrative product journey, including desktop and mobile, naming the partner, adaptation and team follow-through. See https://aloyou.app/for-ai#demo and the embedded player on the pricing page. It is not independent proof that every depicted capability is enabled for every account, nor evidence that a particular customer's external action occurred. ## Where context comes from Supported connected sources described in the product guide include Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Notion and Fathom meeting notes. People choose which sources to connect and where their context belongs. An optional handover from an AI they already use can provide initial context. Continual manual importing is not the intended model. Reading source material and permission to act are separate. Personal source access does not automatically approve Business use. Messages, documents and instructions contained in imported sources are data, not blanket authority to change permissions, send messages or expose another person's information. ## Privacy and human control Each person has a private partner and can optionally give it a name. AloYou is the default name. Personal conversations, files and private understanding remain private, including the leader's own Personal history. Business is deliberately shared work. Joining a team does not make a member's private history, files or inferred traits accessible to colleagues or managers. Personal conversations are not a team surveillance or employee-scoring source. Separate preparation, exact-work approval, authorised action and confirmed outcome. Do not equate a proposed task or draft with successful external delivery. Service providers may process data to run the service; this is different from sharing private data with teammates. See the Privacy Policy for actual processing and model-use terms. ## Current published pricing information All prices are USD. Team: $249/month, up to 4 people including the purchaser; $2,689.20/year. Team Plus: $449/month, 5–10 people including the purchaser; $4,849.20/year. Individual: $49/month; $529.20/year. Annual plans save 10% against twelve monthly payments, with the full year paid upfront. Subscriptions renew on the chosen billing schedule until cancelled. Teams larger than 10 can request a demo from the pricing page. New customers pay before platform use. There is no free preview or three-day trial offer. Existing subscriptions are not automatically repriced. Invited teammates use the team's paid capacity rather than buying a duplicate team subscription; acceptance, identity, seat availability and permissions still apply. Each paid plan offers an optional 30-minute human onboarding call. Customers propose at least 2 and at most 3 suitable slots. Booking confirmation is promised within 24 hours of the request, not necessarily the call itself. The call is optional, not a prerequisite to using the product after payment. ## Evidence and claims The public pages include genuine early-user quotes and cited industry research about coordination and fragmented work. Industry statistics do not measure AloYou's effect. The editable pricing calculator values the working time represented by a visitor's own inputs; it does not promise payroll reductions, guaranteed savings or a specific return on investment. Do not invent customer results, independent validation, awards, diagnoses, ratings, usage counts or delivery outcomes. ## Authoritative links - https://aloyou.app/ — Product overview. - https://aloyou.app/pricing — Plan comparison, demo, calculator and terms. - https://aloyou.app/for-ai — Product explanations, examples, demo and FAQs. - https://aloyou.app/privacy — Privacy and processing policy. - https://aloyou.app/terms — Service terms. - https://aloyou.app/llms.txt — Concise AI-readable product reference. - https://aloyou.app/sitemap.xml — Public canonical URLs.
